I've built homes before through project builders, what is Madison offering that no other builder can offer?

Most importantly, Madison Builders are a small company which means you will deal with us direct and will get to deal with the same team throughout your build from start to finish. We pride ourselves on offering good old fashion values, morals and ethics, and ensure these are employed throughout the planning and build.

When it comes to the build process if you are wanting to build a unique, custom designed home then Madison Builders is that builder.

We can do single storey, double storey, brick, steel frame etc, you also have the flexibility for choice of products/finishes and if you need help with the interior design we can also point you in the right direction.

I want a builder who has insider knowledge of the trade and years of experience, and isn’t afraid to tell it how it is.

Mandurah is windy and salty, and I'm building near the estuary, can Madison Builders build me a home that will withstand these conditions?

We have been operating in the Peel region for over 10 years, and so we know how fierce the weather can be along the local coast and waterways. As such with each and every build, the location of the property is certainly a major factor in what materials should and should not be used, as well as what works best with the wind/sun direction.

If you have plans already prepared, the draftsman would have taken the location and environmental factors into consideration, if not we can certainly work alongside you to ensure that all the factors are considered before going ahead with the build.
