  Madison Builders have recently completed the build of our dream home at Wannanup. Some of our friends told us that building was a nightmare but Madison made the experience not only very enjoyable but mainly stress free. Colin our Building Supervisor kept us well informed and any issues  we had were quickly resolved. All the trades were local and always very courteous. We had some unusual electrical and plumbing requirements that Madison accommodated seamlessly. Nothing was to hard for them and communications during the build were often and inclusive.   Thanks to the Madison team for the timely and quality build of our house in Quindalup. Living away and remote from the build site it was important to us that it was a seamless process which was achieved from start to finish.
The sloping site which presented drainage problems as well as natural springs encountered were overcome by the site team. Civil work suggestions by Neville also allayed our civil concerns.
Our build supervisor Steve was first class  with phone calls responded to promptly at all times and over saw a quality team achieving a quality build with a beautiful finish for us.

We trusted Madison builders with our forever home in Wannanup which was designed by my husband and myself.

Build commenced during covid, a few hiccups which were expected with delays of materials however still completed in 14 month time frame from when the pad was laid. Quality trades were used we were overall very happy with our experience. Communication with both Sam and Dave were fantastic throughout the build.

Dave was on hand towards completion to sort out any issues to get the ball rolling for us to have handover
